Who am I ?

With a professional background in engineering (Engineer in chemistry and chemical engineering, CPELyon, France; Ph.D. in chemical and biological engineering, University of Pittsbugh, PA, USA), I have gained more than 15 years of experience at managerial level in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Being convinced that the well-being of the people lies at the heart of a company, I have worked as an internal coach at a major global pharmaceutical company for over 5 years.

With this experience, I have launched my activities as a professional coach, and I am currently finalizing my certification at Leading Coaching Academy (formation certified ACTP by the ICF *).
